| Summary | The paper is devoted to the 13 European Congress of Psychology, conducted in Stockholm, Sweden 9-12 July 2013. President of Congress Lars Ahlin emphasized humanism, competency and efficiency as main guiding lines in congress�s work. Analysis of 23 main congress�s topics - from keynote address, round table discussions, symposiums to poster exhibitions - shows most presented topics: Work and Organizational Psychology; Psychology as a Discipline; Social Psychology; Cognition. The article highlights participation of the psychologists of Saint Petersburg University in Congress, reports of scientists, papers of political psychology theme, symposium of department ontopsychology.
