| Summary | Sales contracts and construction contracts are the main contracts types in the law of Finland. Sales contract is regulated by discretional rules of the Law on sales. Some provisions of this law are of general character and apply also to other types of contracts. Relations under a construction contract are regulated, primarily, by the General conditions of a construction contract. | ||
